As the owner of Adanse Dance Studio and The MVMNT Lab Pilates Studio in Kissimmee, Florida, JJ is dedicated to helping dancers and clients build confidence, strength, and lifelong wellness through movement. She will earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in August 2026 , bringing together her expertise in dance, Pilates, and rehabilitation to support healthy, sustainable movement for every stage of life. With over 18 years of experience in ballroom and various dance styles, JJ Espinosa is an award-winning competitor, choreographer, educator, and entrepreneur. A two-time U.S. Mambo Champion , South American Rhythm Champion , and multi-time American Rhythm Finalist , she is passionate about inspiring excellence both on and off the dance floor.
