The primary objective of each class is to instill a love for dance and the technique for creative performance appropriate to the level of training. A growing interest for advanced students has been in the area of teaching. Tutorial programs for teachers of dance are offered by invitation. Prospective teachers receive instruction from the Dancenter faculty while serving as class demonstrators or teaching assistants.
