About Central Virginia Dance Academy in Henrico
Ainsley Swaney started her dance training at Tiffany’s School of Dance when she was 4 years old. After dancing there for nine years, she decided to further her training at Central Virginia Dance Academy from 2017-2023. While at CVDA she trained in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Modern, Pointe, and Hip-hop. She was also a student in Henrico High School’s Center for the Arts dance program where she studied dance history, tap, hip hop, and modern technique. Ainsley also performed with Central Virginia Dance Academy’s company performing lead roles such as Snow Queen in The Nutcracker, Big Swans in Swan Lake and Step Mother in Cinderella. She also has commercial dance experience competing and taking classes at Dance Makers Inc., Dance Educators of America, and New York City Dance Alliance.
