About Coastal Dance Club in Corpus Christi
With a lifelong passion for movement and mentorship, Ulyana Yazvina founded International Dance Academy in January 2022 as a space to share her international experience and inspire the next generation of dancers. A highly accomplished dance educator, choreographer, and mentor with over 18 years of professional experience, Ulyana also serves as the Head Coach of the Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi (TAMU-CC) Dance and Cheer Teams, leading with a commitment to excellence. Our goal is to build leadership, teamwork, and self-expression through dance training and performances. Lyrical dance blends elements of ballet and jazz with emotional expression and storytelling through movement. Commercial-style choreography, freestyle drills, and precision performance while exploring a variety of hip hop substyles.
