Confi Dance was started in 2019 in Columbus, OH, by Laura Meyer, a writer, mother and dancer who believes in the power of connecting to our bodies. Offering adult heels classes, special empowerment events and birthday or bachelorette parties, Laura hopes to lead people into acceptance of their own bodies through the love of dance. Laura’s dance background includes ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, hip hop and heels, and her classes combine both technique and creativity to not only provide a great workout, but to also strengthen the mind body connection.
