About Dance Fit Flow in Kansas City
Dance Fit Flow is a first-of-its-kind dance studio for adults only. From hip hop and tap to barre and ballet, every class is designed to make you feel strong, encouraged and empowered. I’ve never had dance experience but always wanted to learn. I came here during a break up and I was vulnerable. This community helped me heal and grow. Not only did I learn new parts of myself but I found a passion for dance. I’m not always the best but I never feel discouraged or like I can’t do it. I always leave class feeling empowered and loved. That’s what I love so much about this place. Truly everyone is welcomed. Thank you for making my nights when I come.
