Welcome to Fred Astaire Dance Studios of Albany, NY! By visiting our dance studio and walking through our door, you will immediately experience excellence in Ballroom and Latin dance instruction. In the past, you may have seen professional ballroom dancers on TV shows and in movies, swirling around in complex and mind-fumbling routines. But keep in mind it doesn’t have to be as difficult as that! Ballroom dancing was, at one time, as ordinary as talking on the phone or riding a bicycle.
