Our team of seasoned instructors, each boasting 6 to15 years of aerial teaching experience (yes, they’ve been hanging around for a while), will break the tricks, poses, spins and floorwork down step-by-step—no prior experience required! We developed an easy-to-follow curriculum, developed for students at any level. Our studio structure allows you to practice in a safe environment, with the freedom to flow on the aerial equipment, while building strength through proper form and conditioning. My pole fitness journey started in 2021 when I started taking pole classes, I had just finished 4 years of chemotherapy, and I was looking for a home for fitness. Before I knew it, I was at the studio every day and loving it. Over the last few years i have made so many friends and have built relationships through the studio and it is my goal for everyone to continue to build a community throughout the beautiful the space. in my second year of taking classes, I decided to get my XPERT certification to teach. Once I started teaching, I realized how much of an effect it had on the students lives.
