The Heartbeat of New Orleans East, One Dance Step at a Time Founded by Karen Jordan, New Orleans East Satin Dolls Dance Studio was born out of a passion for dance and a deep love for the youth and families of our community. What began as a small group of girls learning choreography on weekends has grown into a powerful movement of discipline, self-expression, sisterhood, and pride. At N.O.E. Satin Dolls, we do more than teach dance—we build confidence, character, and connections. Our studio is a safe space where dancers of all backgrounds and skill levels are nurtured and challenged. From tiny twirlers to elite performers, every student learns the value of hard work, teamwork, and grace both on and off the stage. We’re more than a team—we’re a family.
