About Shake It in St. George
Shelley Larsen, also known as “Shake It Shell,” has been an active member of our community since 2009. Her journey into the world of dance began when her sister, Heidi, introduced her to a Zumba class, igniting a lifelong passion for dancing while prioritizing their health and enjoyment. Together, they embarked on a mission to promote health and fun through dance. They started by teaching classes and eventually established their own dance studio called “Fuego House of Dance,” where they played a pivotal role in helping numerous individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals through dance. Shake It Shell also offers the opportunity to host private events that cater to the unique preferences and needs of individuals or groups.
