About Simply M The Movement in Miami
The Simply M Dance Community is all about exploring different genres of music and dance styles in order to encourage the creative energy within each student. The focus is on fun and freedom!…not perfection or performance. Dance is an amazing workout for our bodies but also a liberating experience for our heart and soul! Simply M The Movement is creating a world of dance and creativity that is expansive, fun and energetic. The music and movement is the muse that visits every woman during a Simply M dance class to inspire her toward a life of creative joy and freedom through self-expression. Ketty Urbay was born in Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida. Her enthusiasm for the healing power of dance led her to a double bachelor’s in Dance and Psychology from Florida International University.
