About The Dance Refinery in Indianapolis
The Dance Refinery is Indiana’s largest and most experienced dance and gymnastics facility! Our state-of-the-art 25,000 sq. ft. facility has six dance rooms, a complete gym, a snack bar, study hall, vocal studio, and an entire dance-wear store onsite, The Dance Depot . Kyla Barnhart began dancing at The Dance Refinery in 2007. During her 15 years as a student, Kyla competed in various performing groups including AIM Senior and The Definition. She performed numerous roles in TDR’s Nutcracker, including the role of Clara. Kyla began assisting in dance classes as a freshman in high school and has been teaching classes since 2021. After high school, Kyla continued her dance career at the University of Indianapolis where she was a member of the UIndy Dance Team.
