About Two Flame Tango in Salt Lake City
Christopher is a visual artist who, in 2005, walked into a tango class, discovered an unknown universe of culture, artistic expression and human experience and never looked back. He is an AmSAT certified teacher of the Alexander Technique and has been helping people study tango for more than 20 years. From the moment Sofe first stepped into a dance studio, she felt an undeniable sense of belonging—like a fish finally returning to the ocean. Without the intellectual, emotional, and physical connection that movement and music provide, she feels adrift, lost in nihilism. Thank goodness for the arts. She is currently training with AmSAT to become a certified Alexander Technique teacher and has been studying tango with Christopher since 2019.
