About Vega Dance Lab in Portland
Vega 360 is an experience here at Vega Dance+Lab, where we transform the studio into our own boutique in-house performance venue. Vega Dance+Lab creates and perform full-length dance productions in a unique and intimate setting where the show happens in your face and all around you! Heels Choreography is a class for embracing your feminine power and beauty! This class is beginner/intermediate and focuses on learning the lines and shapes of your body as well as musicality. Although heels aren’t mandatory to take this class, they are recommended. This class begins with a warm up, followed by some across-the-floor drills that will help cover some of the basic fundamentals of dancing in heels and get rid of some of your nerves 🙂 From there, we begin to learn the class combo.
