About VERSA5 in Downers Grove
The studio was started by Karen Ann Morgan Blonn as the Blonn Dance Academie located on Belmont Ave in 1984. In 2000, Patricia Michalak Rielley became the Artistic Director and renamed the studio to The Dance Academie. A few years later and after moving locations, the studio became Bluestone Academy of Dance and Music until 2017. That year marks the beginning of VERSA5, under our new name and new location on Main and 63rd. In 2024, we are celebrating 40 years of dance in Downers Grove! Our college educated dance instructors are dedicated to bringing the latest dance techniques. We offer a variety of classes and times that work for your schedule.
