Scarlett Pilates

“Scarlett Pilates saved me during the pandemic lockdown as a way to stay connected to my body in a time when the mat and my living room were all I had. Long after lockdown ended I continued to take her class . It is a beautiful hour of mindful movement and physical education- a way to drop in and focus on body, mind and spirit. Pilates is one of my favorite movement modalities for both every day existence as well as preparation for the stage. It really works no matter what you need it for- the practice of using just one’s own body with focus and control has changed my life completely!
